How It Works
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kandle Delight. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped out on holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders and or shipment. Orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment conformation email containing your tracking number, once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please verify that your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is incorrect after checkout, please email us as soon as possible. As we are not held labelable for incorrect address information that you provide.

Return Policy
How We Do It
Thank you for shopping at Kandle Delight. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Due to the nature of our products, you have 5 calendar days to return an item form the date you received it. Exchanges are at the sole discretion of Management. To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Candle Care Disclaimer
Essential Information
*Trim wick 1/4" before each reburn. *Allow candle to burn completely to the edge of container to prevent "tunneling" * Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. * Never pick up a candle that is in flamed. *Keep candle away from water, children and pets. * Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping.
